-- Warren Spahn, Hall of Famer and the all-time leader in wins for a lefthander (363), when asked if he ever felt more pressure than pitching in a World Series. In addition to the Battle of the Bulge, Spahn was also involved with the seizure of the bridge at Remagen during World War II.
